The Wind Map of Australia 2013, showing the locations and details of all the under construction and complete wind energy projects around Australia.
The Wind Map of Australia is produced each year by EcoGeneration.
Detailed information about the wind energy projects listed on this Map is available via the EcoGeneration Clean Energy Project Database.
The wind resource overlay on the Map shows wind speed at 80 m above ground, and is based on 3TIER's 5 km global wind dataset. The dataset is calculated using an advanced numerical weather prediction model.
